Hummi.nz  - Month one report

This whole journey of me launching an app started with a one week challenge to develop and release an app in a week. The app is called Hummi.nz, where people can hum songs for others to guess.

Woke up in the morning to find that my app reached top #10 on Hacker News

It was close to 10pm in Edinburgh, UK, I was resting in my bed typing away on my laptop. Just a few days before I launched my first app called Hummi.nz that I developed for myself as part of a personal challenge.

Challenged myself to build and launch an app in a week

One app, one week, no procrastination, no perfectionism, just launch something and see how it goes. Don’t go into the developer mindset of regurgitating features that maybe people will not even want. Just the essential, and get to work, fast.
